US military folks selling C4 on their own time. 5 pounds. 2500 grams.
Lets see, we could take out at least 10 planes, or make some really cool car bombs.

Ever since Libya stopped giving the stuff out to the Irish..

Lead azide, PbN6

Obtain an airbag, containing several hundred grams of sodium azide.

Mix with a soluable lead salt eg lead nitrate or acetate. Obtain this from lead metal and vinegar.

How do you prevent this?
Got a good price on toner cartridges. From Yemen. Contact me.

It is thought that the detonator was made of lead azide in a syringe which was set to react with PETN high explosive inside the toner cartridge of two desk top printers.
US investigators believe that the terrorists had performed a dry run from Yemen in order to time when the aircraft carrying the packages would be over the Atlantic.
German officials have revealed that the British bomb contained 300g of the high explosive PETN, one of the components of Semtex, and the device in Dubai contained 400g.

Analysis: Azide is a classic primary and its quite possible a cellphone could put out enough current to detonate it. 300g PETN is more than enough to take out a plane at altitude.

Supposedly one bomb was 17 min away; so score goes to Al Q on this round.
Over 200 years after independence, the brits are still trying to censor.

The Daily Telegraph is reporting that YouTube has begun removing videos featuring the extremist cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, following complaints from the British government to the White House about the content.

first time unemployed, I could lay on the couch and watch the first Iraq war. Love the sparks from the aluminum-loaded explosives on CNN.

Fast forward. Twentieth century. No mention of wars anywhere. But there's cool videos on youtube.

Also Iraq rapes, random shootings, Maj Hasan PBUH, Mohammed & Kid the snipers, and Timmy McV. And I think the Olympic bomber. All fine examples of the U$ military.
Kevin Winemiller of Winston-Salem is one of those monotheist terrorists, pushing symbols of his personal stupidity into government, a his inbred southern sharia.

He needs to be strung up and exposed until he dies.

I think JA or sympathetics could post a very nice educational module
explaining journalism and examining the NYT ethics over say the last
9 years.

Explaining how reporters who don't use crypto are compromising
sources might be a good counter to the intended-slander that
JA is so paranoid he uses crypto. Explaining how NYT editors
need not be fugitives because they are owned by the state. Illustrate
with known lies, deceipt, withholdings, state leaks.

Will gays go for pat-downs now?

No articles mention the Chechen women bombing two russian planes out of the sky.

Apparently toner cartridges are now dangerous. At least those from Yemen to synagoges.

so, has al Q figured out that election day attacks on polling stations would be very disruptive?

In some countries (eg Yugoslavia, Iraq) this is a big deal. It overwhelms some electronic voting concerns, actually.

Paper rules for voting though. The purple finger is a nice touch, won't fly in the US.

Metro police now believe they may have to resort to random bag searches,

28 October 2010

So yesterday Cox broadcast a debate between a libertarian candidate for congress and Beth Krom. Krom explicitly demonstrated that she's a nanny-state socialist. The government is the source of all good. Those distrustful of State should not run for office. She knows best. Krom is the mousy nanny-state fascist that we've been expecting. Looking and playing the part. She should find something else to do now that the nest is empty. And stop giving Taiwan to China; they will take it soon enough, along with half the IC making capacity of the world. Ha ha ha amerika.

Metro police now believe they may have to resort to random bag searches, after learning of the FBI's Wednesday arrest of Farooque Ahmed, 34, of Ashburn, Va., for helping to plan an attack on the D.C. subways.

"We will definitely look at that," Metro Transit Police Chief Michael Taborn tells WTOP.
