SANTA ANA - An 11-year-old Orange County boy named Xavier created a Facebook page for himself without his parents' knowledge, posted pictures of kids swimming, and in a status update this month, announced that he had swine flu.
When his parents found out, they sued Facebook.
Perhaps we can locate more information about these moron plaintiffs... :-) Streisand Effect, anyone?
