North Korea is demonstrating how the US is

1. a pirate nation willing to board ships in international waters

2. running the UN and "international law" fnord

3. unwilling to let anyone else have nukes, except the Israelis, and well the Pakis and indians too

A 10kt burst over a US base would be a nice reprimmand.
Similarly, the "green zone" ie occupation base could be
cleaned of imperialist centurions with a single pop.

The best would be a draining of the swamp that is DC.

One can hope.
