I once knew a guy who was allergic to everything, so he had turtles and his wife got pigs. Rescue pigs. Pigs from Hollywood, who had been used in movies, and were retired now. Pigs that overturned his lawn in extremis. They were fun, if gross, eating e.g., turtle poo.

I've attended vivisections on pigs, to test medical instruments. More moral than simple eating, and damn does bacon taste good!
