trying to pay a bill. Can't log in since I don't remember my email password. they can't change it over the phone without pin because of fcc and phone link. I don't have recent bill with pin. gotta wait for wife who set it up, stupid, stupid, stupid, only want my email passwd reset so I can log in to account to pay bills. Cox, I'm "axing" you to fix this, this is how your techreps talk when I'm forced to reset my docsis modem on *your* end, maybe this is what you understand. Stupid fucking cox have no choice but satellite because they have some sodomistic relationship with city and phys infrastructure.
